Ekvasa is society management for India’s housing societies, made by Colligo Infotech.
Why we built it
Housing societies run on registers, WhatsApp groups and goodwill. Ekvasa puts the gate, the money and the conversations in one place, in the languages people speak, without selling residents’ attention or their data.
The name
Ekvasa: from ek (one) and vāsa (home, dwelling). Many homes, one community.
What we believe
Your society decides what residents see
Nothing from outside businesses appears unless your society’s committee switches it on. Never in notifications, never in chats, never dressed up as a society notice.
Nothing pushed at residents
No offers in notifications or chats. Should your society choose to list local businesses, they are clearly marked, ordered by distance or rating, never by payment, and residents contact them only if they choose.
Never sold or shared
Who visits you, your staff, your vehicles and your contact details are never sold, and never shared with delivery apps, brokers, advertisers or businesses listed in the app.
In your language
Every app screen, notification and bill in English, ગુજરાતી or हिन्दी.
Works without internet
The gate keeps working without internet.
Your society’s own rules
Billing heads, amenity rules, parking, members’ numbers, language and more are set in your society’s settings.
How we work with societies
We onboard every society ourselves and agree each plan with its committee one to one. We keep adding to Ekvasa, and list new features on What’s new.
