Delivery of service

Nothing is shipped
Ekvasa is software delivered online: the Ekvasa app on Android phones and iPhones, and the web console. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
When the service is delivered
- New society: after the society and Ekvasa agree the plan in writing, we create the society’s account and its admins receive their sign-in within one working day.
- After a payment: the subscription is active as soon as the payment succeeds; the GST invoice and receipt are in the console at once.
- Residents and guards install the Ekvasa app on their Android phones or iPhones, as the society office tells them, and join with the society code or an invitation.
