How onboarding works

How a society comes on board.

We bring every society onto Ekvasa ourselves, with its committee. There is no sign-up form for a society, and no card details.

Five steps, with us beside you

  1. Tell us about your society.

Send the request form: the society, its size, who you are and when to call.

  2. We call you.

Someone from the Ekvasa team calls at the time you chose, to understand your society and answer your questions. Plans are tailored to each society and agreed one to one, in writing.

  3. A demo for your committee.

We show the app and the office console on a demo society, and explain them in English, Gujarati or Hindi.

  4. Set up with your own data.

We create your society and invite its admins. Your blocks, homes, residents, parking, vehicles, amenities, guards, opening dues and accounts come in from Ekvasa’s Excel templates, each with a preview before anything is saved; a checklist guides billing setup.

  5. Go live.

Residents imported with their email are let in when they first sign in; others join with the society’s 8-character code and the office approves them. Residents without email get a mobile-and-PIN login on a printed sign-in sheet. Guards get their IDs and PINs. A home’s tenant, or its owner when the home is not let, can also add their own family.

What to have ready

  • Your list of blocks and homes
  • Residents’ names and mobile numbers, and their emails if you have them
  • Parking and vehicles, if you keep them
  • Your maintenance charges and opening dues
  • A smartphone for the gate

Why there is no self sign-up

Ekvasa holds a society’s gate, its residents and its money records. We set up each society with its committee, so the right people become its admins and nobody can open a society in someone else’s name.

Questions about onboarding

Can our society sign up by itself?

No. We set up every society ourselves with its committee, so the right people become its admins. Send a request and we will call you.

Can we bring our existing records?

Yes. Your homes, residents, parking, vehicles, amenities, guards, opening dues and accounts come in from Excel, with a preview of every row before anything is saved.

What does onboarding involve?

A call, a demo for your committee, setting up with your own data, then going live: the five steps above.

Bring Ekvasa to your society.

Tell us about your society. We call you, show Ekvasa to your committee and set it up with your own data.
