Works on a weak network
When the network is slow or gone, every resident and office screen shows what the phone saved.
Languages and offline
Ekvasa speaks English, ગુજરાતી and हिन्दी, and the gate keeps working when the network does not.
Languages
The society’s admin chooses the society’s language, and anyone can choose their own in the app; their choice wins.

English

ગુજરાતી

हिन्दी
Names, notices, complaints and chats, as people wrote them.
The office’s web console is in English for now.

Offline
The gate phone keeps a copy of what the gate needs, so the guard carries on as usual.
| At the gate | With no network |
|---|---|
| New visitors | The guard calls the home and taps its answer |
| Check in and check out | Works as usual |
| Guest passes and regulars’ codes | Checked against the phone’s copy |
| Parcels, hand-over codes and delivery notes | Logged and handed over from the phone’s copy |
| Today’s staff | Expected staff and check-in |
| Residents’ vehicles | Number-plate look-up from the phone’s copy |
| The day’s log | Works as usual |
Every entry waits on the phone and goes through once, in order and with its true time, when the network is back; Ekvasa decides and shows anything it refused.

After 2.5 seconds of a slow network, the app shows what the phone saved, and what you do waits to be sent.
When the network is slow or gone, every resident and office screen shows what the phone saved.
Complaints, replies, votes, chat messages, “I’ve paid”, notices, expenses, approvals and decisions wait on the phone and go once the network is back.

Some things only make sense live. We say so plainly:
Tell us about your society. We call you, show Ekvasa to your committee and set it up with your own data.
