Delete your Ekvasa account

You can delete your account yourself, in the app or on this page. It takes a few minutes, and nobody has to approve it.

Ekvasa, by Colligo Infotech.

In the app

  1. Open Ekvasa and tap Account.
  2. Tap “Delete my account”, below Sign out.
  3. Read what goes and what stays.
  4. Confirm with a code we email you. A gate login confirms with its PIN.

In the app, your account is deleted at once.

Before you delete

  • This cannot be undone. You are signed out on every phone and on the console, and the account cannot be used again.
  • The only admin of your society? Make someone else admin first. If you delete anyway, the society has no admin until Ekvasa helps it choose one.
  • A guard? Your society office is told, and can make you a new login if you still work there.

What happens to your data

Deleting an account erases your own data. A society’s records belong to the society, so they stay, without your account.

What is deleted

  • Your profile: your name, email and mobile number on Ekvasa.
  • Your sign-ins on every phone and on the console.
  • Your places in societies: homes, roles and guest codes.
  • Notifications, directory choices, blocks and chat memberships.
  • Your chat messages, words and photos, and your comments in meetings.
  • Child entries you listed in a home (name and age), and family invites you made that nobody has used yet.

What your society keeps

Its bills, receipts and payments, the home’s history, the visitor log, the gate’s record of residents going in and out (for its 90 days), a guard’s attendance and patrol records (with their selfies), complaints and their replies, bookings and similar records. They stay under the home with amounts and dates unchanged, so the society’s reports and history still add up. Only the link to your account is cut, and a screen that shows who it was says “Former member” (in a complaint’s replies, “Resident”).

Names that were printed on a bill or receipt, and the names in the home’s history and the gate log, stay as written.

What Ekvasa keeps, and for how long

Lost your gate PIN?
